"The Leading Edge" is written by Larry Olmstead, president and executive consultant of Leading Edge Associates. Larry is a former corporate news and human resources executive with Knight Ridder and former managing editor of the Miami Herald. This blog will explore challenges and opportunities facing leaders today in corporate America.
"Media Matters" is written by Jerry Ceppos, a fellow in media ethics at the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics at Santa Clara University. He is former VP/News for Knight Ridder and former executive editor of the San Jose Mercury News. Jerry is a consultant associate for Leading Edge Associates. This blog explores the management and leadership issues associated with the media business.
